Shipping & Returns

  1.  Shipping

1.1 Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to weight, size and destination. To get a no obligation estimate of shipping costs simply add the items you want to your shopping cart and click the "Estimate shipping" button.

1.2 We will dispatch your order as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and UK/IOM public holidays), however in most cases it will be dispatched within 24 hours. Please note that if your order consists of any personalised items the dispatch time may be longer during busy periods.

1.3 Orders to the UK normally take up to 3 working days after dispatch, orders to Europe up to 5 working days after dispatch and orders to the rest of the world should take 10-14 days after dispatch - although sometimes quicker. You should, however, allow 21 days for the UK and 30 days for outside of the UK as sometimes deliveries can take longer than normal time frames.

1.4 All offers of sale are subject to stock availability. We will of course notify you immediately if we have run out of any goods you have ordered. We do operate a 'back-order' system, and should an item be out of stock, we will advise you with an expected delivery date. Back-orders will automatically be dispatched as soon as fresh stocks are available. Please advise us if this will not be satisfactory. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

1.5 If your order cannot be delivered they will be held at your local post office / sorting office and you will receive a notice through your door. If, for whatever reason, you do not collect the package as advised they will be returned to us. Any returned orders can be shipped again at your request; however will be at your expense.

  2.  Returns & Cancellations

We are committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used. We also recommend that you keep your email receipt which contains an order number, as you will require it in the event of any after-sales queries. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

  2.1  Faulty or Damaged Item(s)

2.1.1 Every item is carefully checked before dispatch, but damage can occur in transit to you. It is your responsibility to check for damage and we should be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Email us by replying to your order dispatch email, and please ensure included in this email is your order number, item details, your name and address and details of the fault/damage. We will provide you with our returns address once the returns request has been processed.

2.1.2 Please keep all packaging including mail bag, and packing materials as we require these to make a "damaged item" claim against our carrier.

2.1.3 If your product is defective in any way please email us by replying to your order confirmation email.

2.1.4 Faulty/damaged item(s) will be replaced or refunded upon our receipt of the faulty/damaged item(s). All faulty/damaged item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days from advising us of the defect.

2.1.5 You will have to return the item(s) to us using Royal Mail – we strongly recommend that you insure your package that you are returning using Royal Mail ‘Signed for’ or ‘Recorded’ services (we will not refund the full return postage costs if you use an expensive service such as "Special Delivery" to return the item(s) to us).

2.1.6 If a refund is requested, we will refund the cost of the item(s), the original postage cost to you and reasonable return postage costs to us. Please refer to section 2.1.5 for further details on 'reasonable' returns postage methods.

2.1.7 If a replacement is requested, we will refund the reasonable return postage costs to us and send the replacement free of charge.

2.1.8 Please include details of your name, postcode and invoice/order number with the item(s).

2.1.9 All returned products must be returned in the original boxes with all contents included.

   2.2 Cancellations

2.2.1 You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please reply to your delivery confirmation email. Ensure in this email you include your order number, item details and your name and address. We will provide you with our returns address.

2.2.2 You are unable cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations any items with have been personalised or modified to your specification.

2.2.3 You must take reasonable care of the item(s) while they are in your care.

2.2.4 If you cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging, and at your own expense. You must also ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage in transit and you obtain proof of postage.

2.2.5 We strongly recommend that you insure your package that you are returning using a service such as Royal Mail ‘Signed for’ or ‘Recorded’. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

2.2.6 For a ‘change of mind’ cancellation we will refund the cost of the item and the original postage cost to you. Return postage costs will not be refunded.

2.2.7 If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them from you and will charge you the direct cost of collection.

2.2.8 If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
